Our cottages are clean and comfortable. Each cottage has a large living area, comfortable furnishings including a fold down full size futon couch, kitchen with all utensils, oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, fridge, full bathroom w/shower, carpeted floors and screened porch. All of our cottages have outdoor chairs, picnic table, grill and fire pit. One dock is provided for each cottage.

Our launch ramp can easily accommodate most boats if you want to bring your own. Pontoon boat, some deluxe fishing rigs, extra boats/motors (9.5-15 h.p.), guides and extra freezer space are available. Some cottages have a fireplace to add warmth to your surroundings on that cool autumn evening or after a brisk snowmobile ride. All of our cottages are spaced far apart and privacy is stressed. Please bring your own towels and personal soap.

Reservation Deposit: $200/week $100/weekend $150/boat

All Units Include: full kitchen, full size futon couch, screen porch (except #2 & #6), single dock space, picnic table, grill and fire pit.

Additional persons: $15/day or $75/week
Extra dockage: $10/day or $75/week (R&R Bayview guest deduct $50 from weekly rate)
Row Boat: $45/day or $125/week (R&R Bayview guest deduct $50 from weekly rate)
Dogs: $15/day or $75/week

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be refunded if vacancy is rented. A refund will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit of renter filling your vacancy.
