Don't Forget! - Please bring your own kitchen and personal towels and toiletries. Bringing a boat? You may want to bring an extension cord for keeping your battery charged.
All Units Include: full kitchen, full size futon couch, screen porch
(except #2 & #6), single dock space, picnic
table, grill and fire pit.
Additional persons: $15/day or $25/week (prior authorization required)
Extra dockage: $10/day or $75/week
Row Boat: $45/day or $125/week
Dogs: $15/day or $75/week Dog Policy: Dogs may be left in cottage only if kenneled and quiet. You may not leave your dog unattended outside or in your vehicle. A leash must be used at all times on R&R property. You are responsible for clean-up and any damage done by your pet.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
$250.00 deposit per cabin per week is required within two weeks of making reservations; (deposit of the one night rental rate for stays of less than a week). We accept cash, money orders or personal checks. Balance of cabin rental payable on arrival (MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted for balance). $20 discount if paying balance with cash, (not valid with other discounts). In the case of a cancellation, your deposits will be returned, if vacancy is filled. If expense is incurred in renting your vacancy, a deduction will be made accordingly. Refund will be issued upon receipt of deposit from guest filling your reservation.

Our
launch ramp can easily accommodate most boats if you want to bring
your own. Pontoon boat, deluxe fishing rigs, extra boats/motors, paddle boats, canoe, guides and extra freezer space are available. Some
cottages have a fireplace to add warmth to your surroundings on
that cool autumn evening or after a brisk snowmobile ride.
All of our cottages are spaced far apart and privacy is stressed.
Please bring your own towels and personal soap.
